KPC GymAt Kalamunda Physiotherapy Center we offer exercise classes supervised by physiotherapists in the pool and gymnasium.  These classes are rebatable with your private health insurance.

Exercise in the gym for general fitness, strength developments, balance and falls prevention and specific medical conditions, or for specific rehabilitation following injury or surgery.

  • Improve balance, muscle strength and flexibility to reduce risk of falling

Supervised Gymnasium

  • For general fitness and health– includes weight loss programs
  • For specific rehabilitation following injury
  • Using all gymnasium equipment including weights and machines
  • INCORPROATES CORE STABILITY IN THIS CLASS

Individual programs

  • For specific strength and balance requirements following injury or surgery
